This conference comes in the wake of a global research, skills and employability meltdown which will have serious socio-economic consequences for developed and emerging economies alike. In particular the specter of growing unemployability remains a major challenge now and the days to come as well. It is widely accepted that due to gap between research and skilling, unemployability emerges and this conference aims to fulfill the gap.
